It was one of those moments that I will always remember because at the time Fat Joe had just started his career in 1990 when he came out spitting bars as a member of hip-hop collective D.I.T.C. But it was when he started the Terror Squad, that his stardom truly sky-rocketed. Composed of Remy Ma, Ashanti et al., the collective scored #1 hits with “Lean Back” and “What’s Luv?”.
