The Christie Sides Story: The Rising Coach

Christie Sides is a larger than life figure in women’s basketball, respected everywhere for her coaching acumen and love of the game. Though her time with the Indiana Fever ended unexpectedly, Sides blossomed into a sharp head coach who has significant opportunity in front of her.

Sides has experience at every level from high school to college as a coach. Basically her experience in the game fills out why she is having so much success as a coach.

Despite the surprising firing by Indiana, Sides maintains a strong love for basketball. It is expected she will continue in a coaching capacity, pursuing the development of younger athletes’ skills and women’s basketball.
